Situated in its own grounds on the outskirts of Northrepps village, The Mallards is a former church reading room built of traditional Norfolk flint with interior oak beams.
On a network of footpaths, the cottage is approximately one mile from the coast and about one mile from Cromer itself.

Recently renovated, the cottage comprises a large sitting/dining room, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a modern equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The garden is fully fenced and secure for dogs and children (there is a large duck pond in the extended garden, so children should be supervised).

All cottages are 4-star rated (The Mallards is pending), stylish and thoughtfully planned, incorporating a high degree of luxury and comfort. Each cottage is equipped with central heating, electricity, dishwasher, microwave, bath and shower attachment, colour TV with freeview, DVD and CD player. Bedlinen and towels are provided free of charge. There is also the benefit of an enclosed garden suitable for children and dogs.
