A terrace of four charming almshouses recently modernised and redecorated, Broadgates Cottages are situated in the heart of Northrepps Village, less than 2 miles from Cromer. All of the cottages are centrally heated and two even have open fires. Each cottage has its own separate lawned garden as well as garden furniture – perfect for those lazy days of summer!
Samphire Cottage has a separate sitting room, dining room and kitchen. With two bedrooms on the first floor (sleeping four people) and a sofabed in the sitting room, there’s plenty of room for a large family. The garden is also fully fenced, making it secure for children and pets.
